We proudly pursue top talent with a diverse and global set of experiences and backgrounds.  We Are Looking For  The Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts will lead and grow FDH Hardware’s OEM Fasteners portfolio by managing high-value customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding long-term strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for account strategy development, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional customer experience and sustained profitability. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with deep OEM sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-site customer relationships. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) * Prepare and review various monthly and quarterly complex journal entries including consolidations, accruals, intangible and prepaid amortizations, and various allocation entries  * Own and manage a portfolio of high-revenue OEM Fastener accounts, serving as the primary executive-level point of contact  * Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with FDH Hardware’s business objectives  * Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations  * Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term contract opportunities to expand wallet share  * Drive annual revenue, margin, and market share targets within assigned strategic accounts  * Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and long-term supply agreements  * Evaluate profitability at the customer and product level and recommend corrective actions when needed  * Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop territory and account expansion plans  * Oversee customer programs from onboarding through ongoing lifecycle management  * Ensure service-level commitments, delivery performance, and quality expectations are consistently met  * Act as escalation point for complex customer issues and lead resolution efforts  * Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions  * Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams to support customer requirements  * Align internal stakeholders around account priorities and execution plans  * Support forecasting and demand planning efforts by providing accurate customer pipeline data  * Monitor OEM market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitive activity  * Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging OEM segments  * Represent FDH Hardware at customer meetings, industry events, and business reviews  * Prepare executive-level account reviews and performance dashboards  * Track KPIs including revenue growth, margin performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance  * Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account health and strategic initiatives  What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills): * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field  * 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, OEM sales, or industrial distribution (fasteners preferred)  * Proven track record managing large, complex OEM accounts  * Strong contract negotiation and pricing strategy experience  * Experience working cross-functionally in matrix organizations  * Insightful, hands-on leader with strong leadership and communication skills  * Highly skilled in engaging teams to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment  * Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, conditional formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.)  * Ability to collaborate across functional areas and geographic regions  * Ability to design and produce various ad- hoc reporting  * Experience in aerospace, or hardware distribution highly preferred  * Experience managing national or multi-site customer portfolios  * 25% travel required for this role  Special Requirements: * U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.  * ITAR requirement * 120.15.
