Lead complex partnership projects and initiatives. Resolve complex issues and provide strategic recommendations. Manage and grow key partnerships. Strategic Partnership Development Identify and prioritize wallet partnership opportunities across Southeast Asia, India, Greater China, Korea, Japan, and ANZ. Develop country-specific playbooks addressing regulatory diversity, mobile-first consumer behavior, and local payment infrastructures. Build senior-level relationships with super-apps, telco wallets, bank-led wallets, and cross-border platforms. Shape APAC wallet strategy in collaboration with regional leadership and global product teams. Drive alignment with compliance, risk, regulatory, and engineering teams. Influence global product teams to localize features for APAC partners. Support in-market teams on partner activation and optimization. 8+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, or payments/fintech roles, with strong APAC exposure. Strong understanding of digital wallets, APMs, and super-app ecosystems. Proven ability to operate across multiple cultures and markets. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
