In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to connect healthcare providers with innovative surgical technologies. You will be responsible for driving demand and cultivating strong relationships across various accounts. This position allows you to leverage your sales expertise in a remote setting while having a tangible impact on healthcare outcomes. You will be a key player in expanding market presence and ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge medical solutions. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of our partner’s mission. \n Accountabilities Serve as the main point of contact across MDT account teams. Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies. Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across Surgical. Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Drive adoption and utilization of all Surgical Center of Technology products. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with field distribution partners. Maximize partnership programs and account intelligence. Requirements High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience. Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences. Previous experience with medical device/OR sales is a plus. Strong understanding of clinical environments. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
