INTRODUCTION: The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy for ABC Fitness. This position works closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and applicable HR Business Partners to ensure that ABC recruitment efforts align with company needs and objectives. As the first impression for ABC, the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition serves as an employer brand ambassador and is responsible for leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent that will shape the future of ABC Fitness. This role requires working from our Hyderabad office 2–3x per week. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead company recruiting efforts internally and externally on a local, national, and global level to attract world-class talent from sourcing through onboarding Manage competing priorities while effectively working across multiple time zones Partner with global stakeholders and teams to align hiring strategies and execution Balance strong relationship management with operational excellence Drive ongoing operational improvements and efficiencies Perform analysis of headcount forecasting, sourcing strategy creation, and continuous process improvement Create and report on recruitment metrics; manage reporting tools and dashboard data Develop and enhance the end-to-end candidate experience Oversee management of all staffing sources, including contractor vendors Build deep understanding of each business unit’s hiring needs, enabling their vision through a focus on speed, quality, and experience Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s employer brand Create both passive and proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies Lead the RPO relationship and internal recruiting team, including global recruiters Drive executive-level recruitment efforts Support additional talent-related projects as needed WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Ability to work from the Hyderabad office 2–3x per week Must be able to work across multiple time zones, including IST evening hours as required Proven experience working with and leading global teams Minimum 12+ years of experience as a recruiting leader in a global company Experience leading and managing a global recruiting team Comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels (internally and externally) Engaging, dynamic, and comfortable being highly visible and proactive Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to recruit and source at all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Highly responsive with a positive attitude and ability to motivate others Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred) Social media and employer branding experience Strong recruiting data and analytics expertise Understanding of People & Culture practices WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Purpose led company with a Values focused culture – Best Life, One Team, Growth Mindset Time Off – competitive PTO plans with 15 Earned accrued leave, 12 days Sick leave, and 12 days Casual leave per year 11 Holidays plus 4 Days of Disconnect – once a quarter, we take a collective breather and enjoy a day off together around the globe. #oneteam Group Mediclaim insurance coverage of INR 500,000 for employee + spouse, 2 kids, and parents or parent-in-laws, and including EAP counseling Life Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance Best Life Perk – we are committed to meeting you wherever you are in your fitness journey with a quarterly reimbursement Premium Calm App – enjoy tranquility with a Calm App subscription for you and up to 4 dependents over the age of 16 Support for working women with financial aid towards crèche facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for their little ones while they focus on their careers At ABC Fitness, we don’t just build technology—we build communities and transform lives.
