Description

Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs. Provide technical guidance and support to program teams. Establish and maintain program management processes and standards. Monitor program progress and performance against objectives. Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership. Manage program budgets and resources. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Drive end-to-end delivery of mission-critical consumer programs—setting goals, aligning milestones, and mobilizing execution across teams. Partner deeply with engineering and product leaders to translate ambitious ideas into well-sequenced technical workstreams. Lead through influence across Consumer, Platform, Marketing, Design, and Data teams. Anticipate technical dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and guide the program team through clear, scalable paths forward. Create clarity where there's ambiguity—using data, insight, and storytelling to inform executive stakeholders and enable smart decision-making. Elevate the craft of program management by championing Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices, and mentoring fellow TPMs. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across globally distributed teams. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment. Experience driving large-scale, cross-functional programs involving mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and APIs.
