WHY THIS ROLE

Encepta is strengthening its regional presence across Canada! Ontario’s telecom infrastructure needs are growing fast, and Encepta is ready to help meet that demand. We’re launching our first Ontario office, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to lead the charge. This is an opportunity to shape a new regional hub from the ground up, overseeing everything from telecom network survey and design, to permitting, construction management, and client delivery.
If you’re a seasoned telecom leader who understands the entire lifecycle of network builds (from the first site survey to project close-out) and you thrive on turning strategic vision into operational success, this is your next big challenge!

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Reporting directly to senior leadership and collaborating closely with our project managers, designers, engineers, field teams, and municipal partners, you will:

  • Lead the growth of Encepta’s Ontario operations
  • Oversee end-to-end telecom infrastructure projects — survey, design, permitting, and construction management
  • Establish operational infrastructure, workflows, and performance metrics for the Ontario office
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
  • Build, mentor, and lead staff to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all deliverables
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, utilities, telecom providers, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand Encepta’s client base and service offerings in Ontario
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and quality expectations
