Responsible for employee training, developing and team building.- Responsible for technical management of new platform and new customer project, key technical problem, critical PCR and customer compliant - Responsible for building and improving technical competency, and talent retention & succession plan - Support internal and external customer for proper product application - Support new project acquisition & responsible for benchmarking analysis - Responsible for regular exchange with team members to set and review goals & objectives - Responsible for associate training and developing as well as team motivation & building Qualifications Education: Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or relevant majors Working Experience : More than 5 years’ working experience in transmission design for eAxle. More than 2 years’ management experience in engineering team. Knowledge/Skills/Training: Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates a structured and organized approach to multitasking, with a strong focus on problem-solving and delivering practical results. Capable of facilitating transparent information flow between team members, management, and other functions. Able to translate technical details into actionable insights for different audiences. Works effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and support daily execution. Provides guidance and maintains clarity on priorities, helping team members stay aligned and deliver together. Experience working in international or manufacturing settings is a plus.
