The Yield Management (YM) team supports Product lines for Ford Blue, Ford Pro and Model e and tackles the ~5 highest priority strategic and profit projects each quarter. The team works in “Value Sprints” with a dedicated team focused against a specific mandate for a dedicated period of time. The team applies a data-driven approach and leverages advanced analytics to derive insights and deliver tangible recommendations to create value for Ford.  Yield Management’s project portfolio aims to deliver a balance of: * Near term vehicle line specific profit improvement or risk mitigation actions * New or expanded enterprise capabilities * Long term portfolio optimizations   This Yield Management position operates cross-functionally across Marketing & Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, General Management, GDI&A, Finance, & Ford Credit.  Senior Managers come from a range of different backgrounds and lead “sprints” typically for 6-8 weeks. Responsibilities
Lead high-priority strategic and profit projects through data-driven 'Value Sprints' to improve vehicle line profit and enterprise capabilities. Coordinate cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to deliver tangible recommendations for Ford.
