Required Skills and Experience As an AWS Data & AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising advanced data and AI solutions on AWS to support analytics, machine learning, and generative AI use cases. This role requires deep expertise in modern data engineering, AI/ML architecture, and governance, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance. You will work with services such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon OpenSearch, and other AWS-native tools to build intelligent, production-grade solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model deployment, as well as guiding architectural decisions for AI-driven applications specially around the IT area. Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and integration of AI capabilities into enterprise platforms is essential. 15 years of experience in total and relevant 5+ years in AWS Data and AI • Proven experience designing and implementing AI and analytics solutions using AWS-native services such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon OpenSearch, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, AWS Lake Formation, and Amazon S3 • Expertise in developing end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and model deployment using AWS services • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, complex stored procedures, and AWS-based data warehouse/lake architectures • Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI • Hands-on experience with generative modelling techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and similar architectures • Knowledge of MLOps and AutoML practices on AWS, including model lifecycle management, AI Ethics, Trust, and Explainable AI • Proficiency with ML frameworks and tools such as SparkML, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and H2O • Strong grasp of foundational statistics and algorithms including regression, random forest, boosting, and ANN • Ability to guide architectural decisions for AI-driven applications on AWS Preferred Skills and Experience •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field •Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members •Comfortable working with statistics Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
