We’re looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer who wants their work to have real impact. In this role, you’ll take the lead on improving and optimizing manufacturing processes that directly support our ability to deliver safe, reliable, life-enhancing products. You’ll work hands-on in a high-mix, fast-moving environment, partnering with engineering, operations, and quality teams to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and support the growth of our Florida site. Your contributions will help ensure that the products we make meet the highest standards. What You’ll Do * Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, throughput, and cost performance. * Develop process control plans, documentation, and standard operating procedures. * Partner with design engineering to ensure new products meet manufacturability, scalability, and quality expectations. * Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve production challenges. * Analyze new manufacturing methods, equipment, and technologies to support continual improvement. * Support introduction and scale-up of new products into manufacturing. What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. * 5-7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.  * Experience working in metals manufacturing and injection molding environments. * Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and structured problem-solving. * Proficiency with CAD tools and understanding of manufacturing simulations. * Experience working in an ISO-certified environment or regulated environment. * Able to manage multiple priorities independently and drive work to completion. * A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and a positive, collaborative mindset. * Experience with automation or robotics is a plus. * Project leadership experience.
