Description
• Introduce new machine/tooling & upgrade to meet capacity & capability target. • Responsible for assembly NPI project execution plan from Phase3 to Phase6. Including product design review, DFM study, line selection, capacity & capability investment study, manufacturing process design, tooling design review, process set up & validation, process documentation preparation to ensure standard work, NPI lesson learn & new knowledge sharing, fast ramp up etc. within limited cost & time wide. • Responsible for NPI quick ramp up production problem solving and conduct NPI process handover. • Continuously improve manufacturing process agility by new tech introduction, automation, new concept process/flow etc. • Lead inverter process knowhow and interact with AME & supplier to continue enhancing issue solving capability and process improvement. • Lead inverter related process systematization & standardization, establish and continue updating standard."                                                 "NPI project execution • Introduce new machine/tooling & upgrade to meet capacity & capability target. • Responsible for assembly NPI project execution plan from Phase3 to Phase6. Including product design review, DFM study, line selection, capacity & capability investment study, manufacturing process design, tooling design review, process set up & validation, process documentation preparation to ensure standard work, NPI lesson learn & new knowledge sharing, fast ramp up etc. within limited cost & time wide. • Responsible for NPI quick ramp up production problem solving and conduct NPI process handover."                                                 "Build up motor related competence and standard  • Lead Inverter process knowhow and interact with AME & supplier to continue enhancing issue solving capability and process improvement.Focus on inverter related knowledge such as: PCBA/solding/cleanliness/ESD process & product & test & validation ect   • Lead inverter related process systematization & standardization, establish and continue updating standard for:Machine/tooling design & acceptance (checklist) , DFM (L&L)"                                                 "Professional skill • Knowledge of power electronic of motor inverter, undestanding of electronic circuits • Knowledge of automotive comunication buses - mainly CAN/CAN-FD (experience with tools like Vector, NI, ECU diagnostic tools etc.)  • Experience wit MCU programming is advantage (DAP, flashing of the system over CAN - vFlash, Diagra etc.) • Undestanding of electronic testing to support inverter electric testing, PCBA testing etc (funtional testers, insulation testing,etc.) • Experience with manufacturing proceses of electronic (soldering, assembly, adhesive dispensing ,curing, pressing-fit,etc.) • Experience of ESD prevention • Experience of cleanliness controlling, familiar with VDA19.2 or GB/T 41481 , cleanroom of ISO class7 preffered"
