- Supervise and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and Interns. - Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress toward department goals. Process Optimization - Lead the design, implementation, and validation of new manufacturing processes. - Review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality. - Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Project Management - Plan, manage, and monitor manufacturing engineering projects from concept to completion. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance) to meet project deadlines. - Track and report key project metrics (budget, timeline, outcomes). - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering related field. - 6+ years in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role. - Proven experience in process improvement and project management. - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control. - Proficient in finance acumen for manufacturing: PnL, CAPEX, OVH, COGS, etc. - Strong understanding of Medical's Industry documentation requirements. - Strategic planning for annual operating year: cost reduction, initiative prioritization and investment plans Requisition ID: 620329 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
