Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design to contract manufacture team * Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and work with contract manufacturing on implementation * Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. * Provide technical advice to manufacturing teams to optimize product quality, product cost and manufacturing efficiency * Work contract manufacturing for trouble shooting until problem solved on daily basis. Also, collaborate with internal teams * Work with R&D/NPI team to introduce new product production floor, and collaborate to contract manufacturing team Education & Experience * Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Optics, Electronics, Semiconductors, telecommunication or equivalent technical discipline from an accredited college or university * 5-10 years of working experience in manufacturing engineer, with experiences about problem analysis and problem solving * Experiences about product/process improvement, and cost reduction •Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
