As a Sr Manufacturing Technician here at Solstice. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.  * In this role, you will have a significant impact on our TIM business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
