The Senior Marina Administrative Manager provides support and facilitates the onboarding, training, and re-education of new and existing Marina Administrative Managers within a specified region.  This individual is the point person for those individuals.  This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records at his or her own marina location. The Senior Marina Administrative Manager must be able to work collaboratively with the General Manager at the Property, the Business Operations Manager, Regionals, as well as Marina Administrative Managers within the region.   The Senior Marina Administrative Manager is an excellent communicator and provides the highest level of customer service in a friendly, helpful manner while remaining practical, efficient, and accurate. The Senior Marina Administrative Manager projects a professional company image through all types of interaction and is able to seamlessly work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while juggling time sensitive tasks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.      Acts as the regional support, initial point of contact, and expert on Marina Administrative Manager tasks for others in the role within a respective region with the ability to travel outside their home region, as requested.   [CS2]  2.      Regularly hosts alignment calls for standardization of the process amongst other Marina Administrative Managers.   3.      Owns roll up and follow through on Accounts Receivable collection within respective market(s) 4.      Travels to onboard, support training, coaching, and special projects as needed. 5.      Provides timely and accurate assistance with processing and confirming all components of the monthly financial statement to ensure a timely month end close 6.      Ensures complete and timely processing of all end of day procedures 7.      Assists with and tackles any assigned special “ad hoc” projects for the region.   8.      Oversees the processing and reconciling of daily deposits (ACH, cash, credit card, and checks) for their home marina.   9.      Provides timely updates and reporting to the Regional Controller as requested for KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), for their home marina.   10.   Ensures all invoices are accurately coded and submitted for timely processing and recording for their home marina.   11.   Works with the property leadership team to ensure timely tracking of expenses for their home marina.   12.   Assists in maintaining accurate financial and marina information to assist with the property forecasting process for their home marina.   13.   Provides the General Manager with necessary financial information, daily sales, monthly revenue, etc. for their home marina.   14.   Monitors accounts receivable and ensures all accounts receivable accounts are current while performing necessary collection procedures to maintain a current status on all accounts for their home marina.   15.   Collaborates with the Company’s Human Resources department to ensure accurate and timely hiring, onboarding, promotions, employee changes, and terminations for their home marina.   16.   Works with Human Resources to serve as the liaison to ensure employees have ADP access for the purpose of managing their ADP account and for the upkeep of records, benefits access, etc. for their home marina.   17.   Works with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, as requested for their home marina for their home marina.    18.   Ensures adherence to departmental and/or Operations policies, procedures, and practices for their home marina.   19.   Assists with the tracking, updating, and collection of all contracts, insurance, and registrations, as requested for their home marina.   20.   Assists with customer questions as it relates to the marina, contracts, billing, insurance, etc. for their home marina.   21.   Maintains monthly billing and record keeping for customers for their home marina.   22.   Works with vendors as needed to order property supplies, retail items, materials, and uniforms, as requested for their home marina.    23.   Reviews all new slip storage and boat club contracts, as applicable, for accuracy and billing for their home marina.   24.   Maintains responsibility for all inventory including inputting, quarterly inventory counts, inventory adjustments, and adding inventory for their home marina.   25.   Supports the General Manager and Home Office as it relates to tracking initiatives and property related information for their home marina.   26.   Assumes all other duties and responsibilities required or as assigned by management. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Associates Degree in a related field is preferred 2. Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience proven in progressive office management and/or bookkeeping responsibilities 3. Must possess good presentation, facilitation, and computer skills 4. Must be able to complete a background check deemed acceptable by the Company 5. Must be able to proficiently speak, read, write, and understand English fluently 6. Strong ability to develop partnerships with all levels of personnel 7. Must demonstrate ease in leading and training others on new material and/or troubleshooting problematic situations which may arise 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both large and small group settings 9. Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets 10. Ability to proactively organize and prioritize work 11. Must be able to collaboratively and seamlessly work in a team environment 12. Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment 13. Must prove a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) products   WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to fifteen (15) pounds  2. Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency 3. Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally 4. Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis 5. Must be able to operate general computer equipment including laptop, keyboard, and mouse with ease 6. Must be able to utilize a phone, both desk and mobile, with ease  7. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk setting 8. Must be able to use eyes for the purpose of viewing computer monitors and analyze data for extended periods of time 9. Must be able to use ears for the purpose of hearing and communicating with staff, both on site and remote counterparts, and colleagues on a regular basis 10.
