Description
Primary Purpose of the Job Marketing, and sales of chemical products representing the front face for QatarEnergy to global clients. Maintain regular and constant contact with customers, Global Marketing Network and Distributors for smooth operation of contracts, sales plan and pricing. Required Experience and Skills At least 8 years of professional work experience with 5 years of experience in petrochemical commodity marketing, trading and/or sales management, customer relationship management and managing/directing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the chemical industry. Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to sales and marketing planning activities, required to oversee a company’s operations. Excellent negotiation skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Strong computer literacy skills, including being strongly experienced with MS Excel and SAP-based applications. Strong analytical skills. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc.) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).
