About the Role:

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and brand communicator who excels in PR, stakeholder management, agency leadership, and internal messaging. This role is non-performance-focused and prioritizes brand equity, media relations, and qualitative/quantitative communications reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communications: Plan and execute integrated marketing communications across digital, print, and event touchpoints.
2. PR & Media Relations: Develop press releases, manage journalist outreach, coordinate press events, and lead crisis communication frameworks if required.
3. Internal Messaging: Standardize employee communications, leadership announcements, and corporate culture initiatives.
4. Agency Supervision: Brief, direct, and hold accountable external PR, creative, and media production agencies.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Conduct brand sentiment tracking, analyze campaign effectiveness, and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Department: Marketing & Corporate Communications

Requirements:

• Strong background in MarCom, PR, Corporate Communications, or Brand Management.
• Hands-on experience directing external agency deliverables and campaigns.
• Demonstrated skill in extracting meaningful insights from communications data and audience analytics.
• Superior verbal and written English skills (Arabic fluency is an advantage).
• Portfolio demonstrating press releases, campaign decks, or corporate publications.

Additional details:

Mon to Friday: 9 Hours, includes 1 hour lunch break

Saturday: Half day working/ 9 am to 1 pm

Location: Jabel Ali, Dubai

Benefits: No air ticket allowance. The visa & medical insurance will be provided by the company.
