Job Title: Sr.Marketing Coordinator - Must be a Chinese speaker
Reporting Line: Digital Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW

Support the marketing team to manage and execute the strategic marketing plans necessary to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. To execute and implement all marketing efforts with the direction from Digital Marketing Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist in the execution and management of the marketing strategy and plans for CPG’s portfolio (including traditional and digital/social marketing) to drive business growth and meet business goals.)
· Plan and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches and new shop openings.
· Social media content planning, creation and management
· Agency and vendor sourcing and management
· Marketing budget tracking and management
· Work closely with the Operations teams and other departments to understand business needs and enhance marketing department efficiency
· Consumer journey enhancement and customer relationship and database management
· Industry and competitive research and analysis
· Assist in Media and KOL relationship management and content creation process
· Assist in offline event planning, management, and execution to ensure quality agency deliverables and executions including media and consumer-facing events
· Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • > 2 years of marketing experience
  • > 1 years of marketing experience in the UAE
  • Strong campaign and project management skills
  • Experienced in digital and traditional marketing.
  • Experienced in working with KOL’s on content creation and relationship management
  • Experienced in working with and manage agency partners and vendors.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Possess excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skill, work well under pressure
  • Proactivity, Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Independent and responsible work ethics and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage
