As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a unified team across brand, communications, product enablement, and demand generation. You will shape our narrative, engage customers and creators in our double sided market place, and deliver marketing strategies that deliver impact and achieve our commercial goals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated leadership across brand, communications, and acquisition in a digital-first environment.
• Proven track record delivering results through strategic marketing programs tied to commercial objectives.
• Exposure to, or experience in Product Marketing.
• Strong communicator and storyteller with a keen understanding of customer needs.
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity and prioritising effectively.
• Deep proven experience across Brand, Performance, Communications and Content marketing.

• Set and lead the global marketing strategy across brand, content, communications, and performance to meet annual business objectives.
• Develop and complete coordinated campaigns that champion creativity and strengthen brand equity.
• Create engaging and consistent storytelling across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to connect customer and creator value.
• Lead and support engagement and career development for marketing specialists, both direct and embedded.
• Own marketing budget management, ensuring financial accountability aligned with P&L goals.
• Partner with the CEO and senior management to develop and deploy comprehensive communications strategies.
• Act as a key liaison with Vistaprint’s global marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.
