Help launch new products and indications. Work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams to design marketing campaigns. Identify barriers and opportunities for therapy adoption and address them through marketing programs. Introduce key messages and best practices to the commercial organization. Showcase new products and messaging across various marketing channels. Build a deep understanding of target markets and competitive dynamics. Develop and maintain knowledge of current literature and technological developments. Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing campaigns. Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in medical device sales/marketing. Working knowledge of the heart failure market preferred. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Commitment to a 'Patients First' culture and positive team mentality. Thorough understanding of medical device sales channel. Proven track record of leveraging analytics and customer insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with cross-functional teams in marketing collateral development. Innovative thinker embracing new ideas and technologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $114,000 to $182,850. Participate in a consolidated retirement plan and savings plan (401(k)). Eligible for long-term incentive programs.
