This position is part of the Global Marketing Department located in Fargo, North Dakota, USA and will be fully remote. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the global marketing team and report to the Sr. Director, Global Marketing You will lead the global marketing strategy for Aldevron, overseeing a team of marketers across different regions. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and positioning our company as a leader in the CDMO industry.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• 5 or more years of experience developing marketing content within the life sciences, successfully implementing marketing plans, and interfacing with customers in molecular biology or life sciences product areas.
• Fluent English written and spoken communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to travel up to 15 %.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• Advanced degree in molecular biology, cellular biology or related discipline
