HANDS-ON | NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES | STRATEGIC & TACTICAL EXECUTION

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in the medical device industry, particularly in launching and scaling regulated products in the North American healthcare market. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a high volume of new product introductions (NPIs).
This role will focus on a well-established portfolio of automated endoscope reprocessing systems (AERs), instrument washers, scope drying/storage systems, and related consumables and accessories, with significant emphasis on digital marketing, clinical positioning, and field enablement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years in medical device or healthcare marketing, preferably with experience in Class II or Class III devices.
  • Proven success in launching medical devices into the U.S. hospital, ASC, or outpatient markets.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements: FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Agile), and CRM tools (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Exceptional content development and storytelling skills – including for technical and clinical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing vendors, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams.
