Develop promotional support tools for distributor partners. Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies. Manage the regional marketing budget and resource allocation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing and product marketing experience. Demonstrable success in executing strategies that drive business growth. Strong understanding of the Western European HST market. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
