Job Description This role is based in our K11 Atelier office. Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the full-cycle marketing strategy for exhibition projects, ensuring seamless execution from pre-event promotion to post-event analysis. Multi-channel Campaigns: Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, PR, and media partnerships to precisely target exhibitors and professional buyers. Collaboration & Budgeting: Work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to maximize exposure, while overseeing budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, setting clear performance goals and driving the team to achieve project targets. Brand & Insights: Maintain consistent brand image across all touchpoints and leverage market data and trends to provide actionable insights for future events. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the exhibition/trade show industry Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale B2B exhibition campaigns, with measurable results in audience growth and brand awareness. Core Skills: In-depth knowledge of multi-channel marketing (especially digital & PR), strong analytical skills, and solid budget management capabilities. Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and pressure.
