Job Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for the active management of the product portfolio, the definition of supply sources and the positioning of the products for technical products in China. Market responsibility (TNS & OVC) for TG-CN Lead a team of approximately 5 HC Define brand/portfolio/sourcing/price positioning strategy for entire portfolio in CN and support exporting business with local sourcing Perform product and program management with definition of priorities, taking cost and profitability into account. Create market introduction strategies by creating and providing sales and marketing concepts. Continuously survey and analyse the markets and competition to derive product strategies Develop concepts for new products, evaluate technical and economical feasibility, coordinate with interface departments and prepare decisions. Coordinate the realisation. Ensure a competitive market coverage, TOP vehicle coverage and time to market. Qualifications Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration Fluent Chinese and English in speaking and writing (additional language skill German a plus) Time management with the prevailing priorities set through customer demands 6+ years experience in the Automotive industry (preferably Automotive Aftermarket) Sound project management experience Good technical background to deal with technical products Team player, Motivator Very good presenter and communication skills Open minded and able to adapt quickly to new environments Willingness to travel Profound leadership experience (preferably in the international context) Cross cultural management knowledge and competence (preferably in the Asia Pacific context) Budget Management experience Strategic thinking to develop market and product strategies Implementation of defined projects according to market requirements Work in accordance with the values and philosophy of Bosch e.g. House of Orientation, Environmental endeavors, Health& Safety.
