MARKETING SKILLS:

  • Leverage a deep understanding of the client’s product and customer journey to shape campaign strategies. Stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies, ensuring innovative solutions are incorporated into strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure that campaign strategies are communicated clearly across the team, with a strong visual representation of the customer journey.

SKILLS

  • Experience leading client calls and driving strategy discussions with key decision-makers
  • Data-driven decision-making and ability to analyze key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience with funnel optimization, landing page conversion strategies, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting for personalized marketing approaches.
  • Strong eye for high-performing ad creatives, with experience working closely with designers and creative teams to develop compelling visuals, messaging, and formats that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Understanding of user behavior analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Ability to align stakeholders around growth initiatives and communicate complex data insights clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pivot strategies based on performance data.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Technically savvy, comfortable using multiple software applications (i.e., proficiency in Google Suite, CRM systems, etc…)
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic graphic design skills for crafting presentations, flow charts, and process documentation
  • Experience with marketing automation and email service providers (Act-on, MailChimp) is a plus
  • Experience with Unbounce, Click Funnels, or similar page builders is strongly preferred
  • Strong foundational knowledge of marketing principles and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Ability to thrive in autonomous work environments

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting the direction and ensuring the success of our client projects and overall client relationships. You will lead a team consisting of an Ad Creative Strategist, a Funnel Strategist, Media Buyers, and a Project Manager, as well as work with other strategists like website strategists and SEO specialists. Your expertise will guide the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns that meet and exceed our client’s goals.
You are also the north star of the team, driving things forward, leading client communication, and setting priorities for your internal team to execute objectives while maximizing profits for the agency.
