Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. About the Role: The Sr Marketing Specialist role is part of the Global Marketing team in GSSO that is focused on driving topline revenue and increasing seller productivity. This team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting leaders and their teams through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences throughout the buyer journey. What You Will Do: We’re looking for a Sr Marketing Specialist to be a part of the On-site Experiences team within Experiential Marketing. Our Experiential Marketing team creates programs that help convert prospects into clients through live event experiences that clearly demonstrate Gartner’s value proposition. We are looking for a Sr Marketing Specialist to support program managing the execution, data analysis, and post-event reporting of a clearly defined on-site experience strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in project management, is data and process-orientated and can work in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Associate Director, Marketing who is responsible for leading the global On-site Experiences program. Program manage the execution of a global portfolio of on-site experiences across Gartner conferences, designed to showcase the value of Gartner to prospects and deepen engagement with current clients. Own post-event measurement, analysis, and reporting of all on-site experience program results, including interpretation of trends. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Conferences, Sales, Service Delivery, Product Marketing, Creative teams and more, working cross-functionally to accomplish goals and ensure seamless coordination, consistency and utilization of Gartner resources (budget, locations, messaging, etc.). Work closely with and brief in regional Experiential Marketing program leads to ensure consistent execution of on-site experiences across regional events and actively contribute to the sharing of best practices globally. Continuously refine processes, documentation, and reporting to maximize efficiency and impact. Bring new ideas to the table and contribute to problem-solving and innovation sessions to help shape future program strategies, improvements and pilots. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required 4+ years of business, consultancy and/or marketing experience Strong project management and event planning skills, able manage multiple projects simultaneously Experienced user of Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Strong data acumen and comfortable analyzing data sets to extract insights High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills Passion for creating and delivering on-site experiences, limited travel required (10-15%) Strong communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results Strong problem solving, strategic and critical thinking, analytical skills.
