ZeroFox is searching for a Sr Marketing Technology Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of marketing technology solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across our marketing operations. In this key role, you will oversee the marketing technology stack and leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, streamline processes, and support overall business goals.
Your expertise in marketing technology, data analytics, and integration strategies will be crucial in driving successful campaigns and optimizing our marketing efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our marketing technology infrastructure supports seamless execution and delivers measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience managing marketing automation platforms and related marketing technology systems, with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance
  • Hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce and LeanData, including deep knowledge of campaign execution, program templates, data flows, and platform integrations
  • Proven ability to lead Martech strategy, evaluate new tools, and build business cases to justify investments and improvements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues and develop scalable, long-term solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience managing data sources, vendors, and integrations to enable campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a passion for documentation, testing, and continual optimization

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, management, and optimization of our marketing technology stack to drive efficiency, improve customer and prospect experience, and enable scalable campaign execution
  • Own the setup, maintenance, and integration of our marketing automation platform (Marketo), ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes across platforms
  • Develop and manage scalable program templates, operational workflows, and automated processes that support marketing execution and performance tracking
  • Establish and evolve lead management infrastructure, including lead scoring, grading, routing, and attribution, to support funnel optimization and revenue impact
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to define business requirements and implement technology solutions that align to strategic goals
  • Evaluate and maintain integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and other Martech systems to support seamless data flow and performance measurement
  • Conduct testing and validation of new tools, features, and enhancements to ensure quality control and operational stability
  • Stay ahead of Martech trends and emerging technologies, proactively recommending improvements and innovation opportunities that improve campaign execution and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain clear, scalable documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and enable team enablement
  • Serve as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, providing platform expertise, data-informed recommendations, and guidance on operational best practices
