In this role, you will play a critical part in the organization’s growth strategy by leading the establishment and management of various online marketplace operations. You will be pivotal in launching new revenue channels, overseeing product listings, and ensuring compliance with marketplace standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing business, allowing you to build and scale marketplace functions from the ground up. \n Accountabilities Develop and execute the marketplace launch strategy for various platforms including Amazon and eBay. Build and manage product listings, categories, variations, and storefront branding. Integrate marketplace feeds into the existing tech stack for accurate stock synchronization. Ensure all listings meet compliance, content, imagery, and SEO standards. Oversee day-to-day operations across all marketplace accounts. Manage Amazon PPC, eBay PPC, and marketplace promotions. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and gain category insights. Monitor pricing, profitability, fees, returns, account health, and seller metrics. Requirements 5+ years of experience launching and managing marketplaces (Amazon and eBay are essential). Proven experience onboarding products and driving profitable growth. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, marketplace SEO, feed management, and PPC. Ability to manage listings, product data, compliance, and customer operations. Strong analytical skills and experience working with margin and profitability models. Excellent written English for content optimization.
