JOB SCOPE:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead engineering design teams and collaborate effectively with architectural and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

EDUCATION & LICENSING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer or an equivalent professional certification.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10–15 years of project experience in mechanical engineering design and consultancy.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building codes.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop innovative, functional mechanical designs.
  • Lead the design, analysis, and specification of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct site visits to verify that system installations align with design specifications and building codes.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including junior engineers and designers.
  • Perform energy modeling and calculations to ensure energy-efficient and sustainable system designs.
  • Review and approve plans and submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
  • Stay informed of advancements in mechanical engineering, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of junior mechanical engineers.
