This position requires a meticulous individual who is capable of ensuring that all mechanical systems and components are inspected thoroughly and meet rigorous safety and quality standards. As a Sr Mechanical Inspector, you will be instrumental in maintaining safety and efficiency in mechanical operations, while also playing a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues. Your extensive experience will contribute to ensuring that our client's projects adhere to industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical systems and equipment throughout various project phases. Assess compliance with specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Lead inspection teams, providing technical guidance and training to junior inspectors. Prepare and present comprehensive inspection reports including findings, damages, and recommendations for repairs or replacements. Collaborate effectively with project managers and engineering teams to discuss inspection results and necessary corrective actions. Participate in root cause analysis for any mechanical failures and contribute to continuous improvement processes. Ensure all inspection activities are meticulously documented and up to date. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection within the Oil & Energy industry. Advanced certifications such as API 510, API 570, or similar applicable credentials. Proficiency in inspection techniques and familiarity with relevant codes and industry standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively present inspection findings to stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, as well as independently. Proficient in using inspection tools and software for documentation and reporting purposes. Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
