JOB SUMMARY

Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best silicon Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a MEMS Development Engineer II / Senior MEMS Development Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem-solving skills to develop MEMS technology and resonators for SiTime’s next-generation timing products.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION MUST BE INCLUDED):

  • MS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Physics or equivalent. PhD preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered.
  • Ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments.
  • Coding proficiency with MATLAB or Python and measurement automation experience preferred
  • Experience running laboratory experiments, preferably with RF measurement.
  • Printed circuit board design experience and oscillator fundamentals preferred.
  • Finite Element Simulation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Design MEMS devices and characterize their electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance.
  • Extend and enhance automated infrastructure for MEMS characterization and design.
  • Perform Failure Analysis on SiTime products.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials and fabrication.
  • Interface with local and overseas vendors.
  • Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging.
  • Drive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed.
