Description

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization whose mission is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improve the quality of life for the children and adults affected by these diseases. Our work is dramatically accelerating the research process through our varied research initiatives; we also provide extensive educational and support resources for patients and their families, medical professionals, and the public. In addition, we lead federal and state-based advocacy campaigns to support medical research funding and improve patient access to care. The Foundation’s core values of compassion, integrity, leadership, collaboration, and inclusion inspire and drive every member of our highly performing team.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week in our New York City office and 3 days remote work each week.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a candidate with an inquisitive mind and data science background. You will continuously apply endless curiosity and a digital forensics approach to surface insights, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple data sources. The aim is to enhance and improve the go-to-market strategies and executions across multiple business segments that will improve a constituent’s experience as well as increase engagement and revenue. The role will report to the VP of Marketing and Fundraising Operations and will closely partner with business leads across the Foundation.
Reporting and analysis will also be key components to this role, combining data from multiple sources (external channel, website, email, CRM, etc.), and incorporating nuanced data storytelling that provides big picture as well as granular insights and recommendations to continuously improve KPI performance. This is a unique opportunity to be a strategic insights leader within a data-driven and mission-driven non-profit organization. This position is a hybrid role in the NYC metro area.

  • Shape Strategic Plans: Create measurement blueprints aligned with our objectives, guiding business trends and performance to elevate our outcomes.
  • Dive deep into Insights: Unravel the intricacies of markets and targets, deliver monthly performance analyses and actionable recommendations. Regularly present learnings to senior staff.
  • Continuously Drive Innovation: Provide strategic, analytical thought leadership and cross-functional partners across the organization.
  • Analyze and Report: Develop and share monthly/quarterly/yearly performance reports for marketing activities as well as for high-priority, ongoing digital initiatives/campaigns.
  • Drive Improvements: Analyze Foundation data sources (CRM, SFCRM, Website, Comms Platforms), and identify areas of opportunity through continuous, self-initiated exploration.
