Provide strategic support for the team overseeing facilities and physical security operations in order to support business operations. Services include but are not limited to hard services such as the maintenance, installation and construction of building systems and infrastructure such as electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and utilities. Also includes management of soft services including: security, cleaning, food services, waste management, pest control, uniforms, etcHow You’ll Spend Your Day Monitor Facilities service levels in line with SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs in order to support business operations and reach service improvement targets. Engage with all relevant stakeholders on a reoccurring basis. Interface with relevant business manager to align on goals and work plans to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee regional strategic projects (opening and/or closure of sites, construction, relocating sites, technology-related projects, etc.). Ensures compliance with Teva and Global Facilities Management policies, procedures, operating plans and SOPs Engage and Coordinate with other functions (i.e. Corporate Security, EHS, etc.) to meet business needs in a collaborative way. Support the VP, Global Facilities Management with the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives for assigned sites Your Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facility management including management of budgets, soft & hard services, and capital projects. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preference given to those with a degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing management level employees Fluent in English Well-developed leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and leadership Experience with Manufacturing, R&D, and Distribution operations at a pharmaceutical or other regulated company preferred Salary Range How We’ll Take Care of You At Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
