The Sr. Manager Legal - CAS is responsible for providing legal and strategic advice, as well as functional and commercial support for the Central, Andean, and South subregion (“CAS”), which includes the following markets: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Chile and Peru. This position primarily targets Chile market but also supports other CAS subregion markets based on business needs. This role provides expert legal counsel on complex, long-term commercial agreements and, acts as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring legal excellence in client engagements, strengthening long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive value. Responsibilities include legal counseling to internal functional areas, and leading the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various civil and commercial agreements, including master lease agreements and other complex contracts, in compliance with company guidelines and the local telecommunications legal framework.
