Job Description Summary: The Sr. Manager of Microsoft Collaboration Tools and End User Compute Lifecycle Management will play a critical role in overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft collaboration tools and end user compute devices within our organization. This individual will lead a team responsible for managing the lifecycle of end user compute devices, as well as the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft collaboration tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the management and optimization of Microsoft collaboration tools and end user compute devices, aligned with business goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for device lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of end user compute devices.
Microsoft Collaboration Tools Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
End User Compute Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for end user compute device lifecycle management, including asset inventory, provisioning, software deployment, patch management, and retirement.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of hardware, software, and support services, and negotiate contracts and service level agreements as needed.
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard end user compute devices and collaboration tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to device lifecycle management and collaboration tools usage, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end users on the use of Microsoft collaboration tools and end user compute devices, troubleshooting issues and addressing user inquiries as needed.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for hardware, software, and services related to collaboration tools and end user compute devices, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and user experience of Microsoft collaboration tools and end user compute devices, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
