Job Description Responsible for demand (FCST / Actual Demand / Build strategy) / supply plan activities for all products from 3rd party vendors within the portfolio assigned. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay for delivery fulfillment and revenue max-out in line with business performance. Supply planning factors in all aspects related to demand forecast, inventory (wafer / die / wip / FG), logistic and included the components of open and planned customer orders, on hand quantities, delivery lead time, material MOQ / lead time, safety stock, production leveling and demand chase. Responsibilities: Provide supplier partners in Asia with 6 months rolling probe, assembly and test forecasts. Manage a team of Manufacturing Planners to work with supplier partners in Asia to meet On Time Delivery goals (Original Factory Commits and Customer Request Dates) for orders. Manage loading allocations between factories to achieve delivery, cost and utilization targets. Drive continuous improvement programs and activities related to reducing Factory Cycle times and Inventory Management. Model capacity and material requirements against forecast and actual demand and generate action plans to address any potential bottlenecks. Leads resolution of equipment, material issues, holds, factory schedules and other capacity issues as well as address any capacity and manufacturing exceptions. Qualifications Qualification / Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at a minimum a Business/IT/Engineering related Degree. Candidate should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status. Candidate is expected to possess minimum 8 years’ experience in Production Control or Manufacturing Planning preferably in high volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment. This position is based in Ipoh (Perak), Malaysia. Candidate must possess good English communication skills.
