QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Knowledge and Experience:

• B.S. Degree in Business Administration or related field and experience commensurate with position responsibilities.
• Masters of Business Administration preferable.
• Position requires a thorough knowledge of purchasing, production planning and scheduling, shipping, and receiving, inventory control, data processing, transportation, and warehousing.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Purchasing, Production Planning and Scheduling, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Control, Transportation and Warehousing or related areas required. Overall experience requirement may be adjusted with candidates holding a Master’s Degree in Business.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems in general and SAP.
• Must be knowledgeable in all other manufacturing operations and management responsibilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Level 1

Sedentary Work:

• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
