These are your tasks

• As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical development, automation, and secure operation of our Microsoft 365 platform.
• They design, implement and optimize solutions in the areas of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• They define standards, governance guidelines and security concepts for Microsoft 365 and support their company-wide implementation.
• They plan and implement projects for the further development of the Digital Workplace and support the introduction of new Microsoft 365 services, security features and Copilot solutions.
• They analyze existing processes and configurations, identify optimization potential, and automate recurring tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and other cloud-based tools.
• In collaboration with external service providers and internal departments, you will support the selection, implementation and further development of Microsoft 365 solutions and take over the technical management of corresponding projects.

What you bring with you

• They have a completed university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the field.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and possess in-depth knowledge of Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID and Intune.
• They have extensive experience in planning and implementing Microsoft 365 projects, as well as in the further development of modern workplace, collaboration, and security solutions.
• They have in-depth knowledge in the areas of Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, Compliance and Governance.
• They have experience in automating administrative processes using PowerShell and work analytically, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, as well as with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• They are characterized by a sense of responsibility, reliability and excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers.
