Job Title: Senior Motion Designer–(Marketing – Casino Gaming) Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Creative Individual Contributor who thinks like a filmmaker and executes like a creator. This role is for someone who deeply understands visual storytelling, narrative structure, and cinematic language, and can translate ideas into powerful visual narratives. You will be creating from ideation and storyboarding to execution — bringing a strong director’s mindset and leveraging AI tools to push creative boundaries. What You’ll Do · Translate ideas, briefs, and scripts into compelling visual narratives and storyboards. · Apply strong cinematic thinking — framing, pacing, composition, and emotional storytelling. · Define and execute a clear director’s vision across projects. · Leverage AI tools (video, image, audio) to enhance storytelling and accelerate production. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining creative authority and quality standards. · Continuously experiment with new storytelling formats, tools, and visual styles. What You Bring 12–15+ years of experience in creative storytelling, filmmaking, motion, or video production. Tools & Skills - Adobe After Effects (advanced) - Adobe Premiere Pro - AI tools for video and static generation (Freepik) - Good to know: Maya or any 3D software (Blender,etc.) Good to Have - Experience in gaming / casino / entertainment Portfolio (Mandatory) - Cinematic work / trailers
