QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years in post-production environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work
  • Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills required
  • Proficiency in modern motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with pre-production & production skills are highly preferred
  • Experience with 3D (Cinema4D & Blender) is plus

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead and manage video projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and animations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Shoot and capture high-quality images and videos / footages.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, brand videos, websites and branding initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency of visual brand tone across digital customer touch points.
  • Have a high bar for creative excellence and ability to push new ideas forward.
  • Organize project files and documentation for efficient workflow and future reference.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on motion design trends, video storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies to continually elevate TP-Link creative output.
