Required Skills & Experience

• 7 + years of injection moulding experience, preferably in thermoplastics using singe shot or multi-shot applications
• Background in automotive or medical manufacturing (medical preferred)
• Strong engineering knowledge and technical problem-solving skills
• Experience with complex tooling and multi-shot moulding processes
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on a an occasional basis
• Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly motivated

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, and APQP processes
• Familiarity with 3D CAD drawings and machine schematics
• Proven track record in cycle time reduction and scrap minimization

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Moulding Process Technician to join one of our automotive clients, you will be supporting and optimizing complex thermoplastic injection moulding operations across multiple plants, one plant has 2 moulding machines that are capable of thermoset moulding. Reporting to the Process Engineering Supervisor, this role is responsible for process setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to enhance cycle times, reduce scrap, and support new tool launches. The technician will work closely with tool setters, engineers, and leadership to ensure high-quality production and technical excellence.
