Description

Process Monitoring & Troubleshooting Apply RDA tools for detecting and tracking inline defects, and use SPC for monitoring processes and analyzing trends. Diagnose and resolve process abnormalities swiftly to minimize downtime and improve equipment utilization. Process Optimization & Improvement Participate actively in quality system activities such as PFMEA and Control Plan. Collaborate with area process engineers to strengthen inline defense line (DL3). Partner with IT, DS, and APC teams on tool development and maintenance. Assist in equipment technology transfer and the successful implementation of new equipment. Proven experience with RDA/AOI tools, with a minimum of 5-6 years in a similar role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. Outstanding ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Skilled at balancing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to convey complex technical information effectively.
