We are seeking a passionate Power Module Design Sr. Member of Technical Staff with expertise in power module design to come on board onsemi’s Power Solutions Group design team and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader. We have an innovative portfolio of Silicon Carbide (SiC) solutions, alongside IGBTs and GaN in the pipeline and we look forward to enhancing our product roadmap with creative solutions that enable us to meet our customer needs. Responsibilities

Lead the design of high power modules for vehicle electrification, AI data centers, and energy infrastructure. Develop creative solutions for Silicon Carbide, IGBT, and GaN product roadmaps to meet customer needs.
