THE OPPORTUNITY:
Mattel, Inc., the largest toy company in the world, is seeking a Sr National Account Sales Manager to drive revenue and profitability by selling the most iconic toy brands in the industry to one of the top retailers in the U.S.
The Sr National Accounts Manager will have responsibility for the strategic direction and management of top power brands for Mattel. Primary responsibilities include managing the relationship with Walmart and facilitating short and long term growth of the customer in-store and online. The Sr National Accounts Manager will achieve this by partnering with cross-functional groups across the organization to expand the current business and develop new revenue opportunities. This position will provide the highest level of service to the customer and will possess the leadership capability critical to the achievement of revenue and profit objectives for their category.
This position may be based in our Rogers, Arkansas Sales office and requires periodic travel to our corporate headquarters in California.
