SECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management
  • Storage and backup familiarity: NetApp, Veeam, Commvault (a plus)
  • Network compliance: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR

BEHAVIORAL ABILITIES

  • 2–5 years in infrastructure; 2–5 years as Network Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, Infoblox, and Azure Firewall
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and customer service focused
  • Excellent communication in English (French reading is a plus)
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize technical and business constraints
