Requirements Relevant bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of work experience. 3-5 years of contracting experience in a managed care setting. Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based reimbursement. 5-7 years’ experience in provider recruitment and customer service. In-depth knowledge of the managed care industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
