Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular-Long Term Assignment Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 75% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI’s Enterprise IT (EIT) Sector is seeking a Sr Network Engineer in support of a Global Enterprise Network Modernization (GENMOD) contract. As a Sr Network Engineer, you’ll support infrastructure modernization of unclassified and classified base area networks to include site survey, design and installation activities across ISP/OSP, network, Voice, and WAN infrastructure. Responsibilities: Senior role with multi-disciplined network experience across wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions. Project Leadership & Strategy: Lead site surveys and Engineering team in the design of modernized network architecture, review and analyze network management/monitoring tools to provide network topology, configuration, and bandwidth utilization. Network Design & Engineering: support the creation of network architectures, topology diagrams, and data flow artifacts (Visio) for wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions, focusing on high availability and performance. Develop Engineering Implementation Plan (EIP), with List of Materials (LOM). Support development of resource loaded schedule by providing technical Level of Efforts (LOE) for survey/design/implementation. Participate in internal and external technical discussions and meetings as needed for multiple global time zones. Cybersecurity Compliance: Design, implement, and document secure network architectures, including STIG checklists, port/protocol/service documentation, and Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) in compliance with DAF and DoD RMF standards. Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all installations meet industry safety standards and operational cleanliness, restoring sites to original or better condition. Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures Develop and perform technical presentations for customers Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures Perform other duties as required Requires travel (up to 75%) globally Qualifications: Required: University Degree (BA/BS) and 7+ years of related work experience DoD 8140 IAT II Baseline Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or CCNA-SEC) Other Certifications: CCNP/JNCP or equivalent Must currently hold U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance. Experience in using drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio or AutoCAD up to 75% travel required (OCONUS and CONUS) Desired: Experience supporting OCONUS Army Network Experience working with USFK, and US Army Network infrastructure in Korea CISSP - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
