The Sr. Network Operations Centre Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting Wyse’s operational performance through advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role focuses on monitoring network health, technician performance, work order efficiency, and meter reliability. The successful candidate will support operational decision-making by providing actionable intelligence, identifying process bottlenecks, and enhancing visibility into Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years work experience in an operational setting: field services, utilities, telecommunications, logistics, manufacturing, etc. Experience with Field dispatch a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support performance improvement initiatives. Expert knowledge of Excel. Solid SQL.
• Post-secondary education in engineering (ideally Electrical), mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent operational experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
