Description

Primary Purpose of the Job Responsible for the supervision of the Nursing team for the duration of a shift within a Clinic in ensuring delivery of the highest quality Nursing Care to all patients according to QatarEnergy procedures and guidelines. Required Experience and Skills Eligible for Qatar license to practice nursing. Additional professional qualification such as Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred. ILS (intermediate Life Support). Train the trainer or clinical skills certification is preferred. Minimum 5 years post registration experience, of which minimum 3 years’ experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting. Evidence of leadership skills applied knowledge and management skills. Working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word. Evidence of continued professional development. Proficiency in English written and verbal. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Educational Qualifications Registered Nurse/minimum 3yr certificated training or BSc Nursing.
